As lead agency strategist for tonies, Leah supported ongoing marketing efforts across channels, including leading the realization of their most successful creative campaign to date. The Discover Imagination campaign went on to win awards after it doubled Q4 site traffic, increased unaided brand awareness from 7% to 10% in one quarter, doubled DTC revenue with 30% lower ad spend, had over 7M people watch the full spot all the way through, and helped to secure expanded permanent shelf set at Target and Walmart due to vastly exceeding velocity forecasts.

Flanagan Farm Kraut is a mid-priced darling in the Fermented Food Holdings portfolio. Developed to capture market share with wellness-curious Millenials unfamiliar with sauerkraut (but interested in gut health), the brand launch campaign needed to serve as a glow-up for sauerkraut as a whole. Leah led audience and category research, brand positioning, brand narrative, and creative ideation for brand photos and a 30-second video spot. To support its launch at Walmart, the assets fueled a digital launch campaign supported by content creators and shopper marketing tactics.

Muu is a mobile, hands-free breast milk pump that fills the void between costly mobile pumps and ineffective milk catchers.
Leah led research and strategy, market positioning, brand messaging, visual identity, web, and packaging, and finally, go-to-market strategy including digital ads, social, ecomm, email, content, and creators.

Betr Remedies sought to disrupt the billion-dollar over-the-counter medicine category with a give-back business model that helped provide health services and medicines to people in need.
